This step consists of analyzing the video of the test to detect the position of the animal.
To start the analysis :
1.Click on the test name in the Workspace to select the test as the current test.
2.If the actual arena where the animals are located is not correctly aligned with the arena defined in the protocol, click on .png) in the General information panel .png) to " Adjust the arena ".
3.Optionally, Click the button .png) near the detection mode .png) to change the detection settings .
4.Click the button .png) in the analysis part of the "Information" pane to start analyzing the video.
The status of the test becomes:
.png) Analyzed: The video is recorded and analyzed.
